Yamato Dress"Mimpie" |
GASA* |
Mimpie of Yamato Dress Co., Inc. is a brand for women based on fairy tales. Like a silhouette, a black rider's down jacket melts into a shade of foil print of same color. Embroidery of same delicate pattern as the print is regenerated. It's a world of new expression.
GASA* is characterized by product dyeing and product washing. In addition to the traditional grass dyeing, a new technique of "rusty dyeing" is introduced. A style of interesting nuance is created. In the organic cotton material which is usually used in homeware, ukiyoe fashion is introduced together with geisha wearing kimono. Fashion consciousness is emphasized. A light-touch message of "Cogito ergo sum.”
